Pivot FS Kenya Limited is a Responsible Lender.

We follow these core Client Protection Principles to ensure we always practice good ethics and smart business. 

  1. Appropriate product design and delivery – We take adequate care to design products and delivery channels in such a way that they do not cause our clients harm.
  2. Prevention of over-indebtedness – We take adequate care in all phases of our credit process to determine that our clients have the capacity to repay without becoming over-indebted.
  3. Transparency – We strive to communicate clear, sufficient and timely information in a manner and language our clients can understand so that they can make informed decisions.
  4. Responsible pricing – Our pricing, terms and conditions are set in a way that is affordable to our clients while allowing for our organization to be sustainable.
  5. Fair and respectful treatment of clients – We treat our clients fairly and respectfully. We do not discriminate. We ensure adequate safeguards to detect and correct corruption as well as aggressive or abusive treatment by our staff and agents, particularly during the loan sales and debt collection processes.
  6. Privacy of client data – We respect the privacy of our client’s data in accordance with the laws and regulations of individual jurisdictions. Such data will only be used for the purposes specified at the time the information is collected or as permitted by law, unless otherwise agreed with the client.
  7. Mechanisms for complaint resolution – We have in place timely and responsive mechanisms for complaints and problem resolution for our clients and will use these mechanisms both to resolve individual problems and to improve our products and services.
