Report Malpractices

If you have witnessed or experienced any form of malpractice, unethical behaviour, fraud, or misconduct within our organisation, we encourage you to report it immediately. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us maintain the integrity of our operations and uphold the trust of our clients and stakeholders.

Confidentiality will be strictly upheld, and every endeavour will be made to safeguard the anonymity of the whistleblower. While utmost care will be taken to preserve the confidentiality of the issue throughout the investigation, there may arise a point where it becomes necessary to disclose the source of the complaint to the individuals implicated by the allegations. Should such an exceptional circumstance occur, the whistleblower will be consulted and informed accordingly.

What can be reported:

Reportable misconduct includes but is not limited to: –

  1. Various financial wrongdoings such as fraud, corruption, bribery, forgery, blackmail, theft, misuse of funds, and handling classified documents improperly.
  2. Failure to adhere to legal obligations, statutes, and regulatory directives.
  3. Acts that jeopardize health, safety, or the environment.
  4. Any criminal activities.
  5. Unethical behaviour or improper conduct that undermines fundamental ethical values like integrity, respect, honesty, accountability, and fairness.
  6. Violations of corporate governance standards.
  7. Undisclosed or unreported connected transactions as per regulations.
  8. Insider abuse, where employees with privileged access and knowledge exploit such information to manipulate or disable security controls for personal gain, to the detriment of the company.
  9. Failure to disclose conflicts of interest.
